Beehive Straight Bourbon

After over four long years of patiently aging,  countless tastings and eager excitement, we bring to you, Beehive Straight Bourbon.

At the heart is our locally grown signature Oaxacan Green corn, an heirloom varietal with roots tracing back to the indigenous Zapotec people of Southern Mexico.

To compliment this exceptional corn, we source our rye and barley directly from local farmers, fostering a farm-to-glass experience that needs only to be tasted to be understood.

Aged for a minimum of four years in new American Oak barrels, Beehive Straight Bourbon reveals a depth of character that only time can achieve. Each bottle is as much a labor of love as it is a celebration of craftsmanship, and the belief that good things are worth waiting for.
