Crafted from locally grown heirloom Hopi Blue corn, then brought to maturity in 20-year-old Mexican sherry casks, this Rye whiskey is a celebration of the patience, heritage, and dedication that went into making it.

The nose opens with inviting aromas of baked apple, black currant, dried fig, wild honey, and  leather. On the palate, rich layers of roasted nuts and caramelized grain unfold, complemented by a thread of rye spice that adds depth and structure. A finish of soft smoke, and seasoned oak make Cask Aged Rye an unforgettable addition to your collection.
