Beehive Barrel Reserve Gin

Back when we first conceived the idea, aged gin was something of a rarity. Experimentation has always been at the heart of our process, and we thought, if oak can transform wine and whiskey, why not gin?

Needless to say, we enjoyed the results

We char our barrels by hand, imbuing our botanical gin with notes of over-ripe orchard fruit, caramel and a floral perfume, all while staying true to its botanical character.

Enjoy it neat to reveal its full complexity. It also lends itself perfectly as an alternative to whiskey in an Old Fashioned.
