Beehive Jack rabbit Gin

One of the defining qualities of gin is its openness— unlike other spirits, its only true requirement is juniper. With that freedom, we set out to create a gin that we would love to drink, with aims to stay rooted in local sourcing and thoughtful experimentation. After more than a two dozen iterations, Jackrabbit Gin came to life. Through maceration and steam-infusion, we achieved a layered expression of botanicals that highlights sage, juniper and rose, resulting in a gin that stands out without abandoning its origins.

Jackrabbit Gin remains a reflection of what we set out to create: a spirit crafted locally and made to be shared.
